General terms and conditions of sale

This website, including all related rights, is the sole property of Galerie SOARDI. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is subject to the owners' authorization. However, hypertext links to the site are permitted without specific requests.

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific terms and conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Galerie SOARDI and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing.

The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. If any errors have been made, Galerie SOARDI cannot be held liable under any circumstances. Most of the products offered to its customers by Galerie SOARDI are available in our warehouse.

Automatic recording systems are considered valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. Galerie SOARDI confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided. The sale is only considered final upon confirmation of the order. Galerie SOARDI reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute concerning payment for a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, the seller cannot be held responsible for any resulting inability to deliver the product.

After order confirmation, Galerie SOARDI commits to delivering all items ordered by the buyer to its carrier within 2 days. This carrier, in turn, is contractually obligated to Galerie SOARDI to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Galerie SOARDI within 48-72 hours.
Therefore, a total delay of 4 to 5 working days should be expected between order validation on our site and delivery to the customer.

Furthermore, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value-added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of
Country of delivery of the order. All orders placed with Galerie SOARDI are intended for the personal use of the customers. Customers and recipients of the products are prohibited from reselling the products, either partially or in full. Galerie SOARDI disclaims all legal responsibility if the customer fails to pay any applicable taxes.
Delivery will be made by La Poste via Colissimo within Metropolitan France. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

Deliveries within the EEC are made by La Poste via Colissimo Europe tracked service. For deliveries outside the EEC, international postal services or Chronopost are used, depending on the customer's choice. In the case of a technical product, the customer should carefully check that the delivered device is functioning correctly and read the instruction manual provided.

In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the product under the conditions set out in this document.
The following are considered force majeure events that release the seller from their obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the inability to obtain supplies. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to notify the carrier of any missing or damaged items.
Due to availability, an order may be delivered to the customer in several installments. The customer will only be charged for one delivery. If the customer requires delivery to two different addresses, they must place two separate orders, each with its own delivery charge.

You have 14 days (from the date of receipt of the items) to decide whether you wish to keep them. For exchanges or refunds, return the new item(s) in their original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation to the following address:

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Galerie SOARDI is obligated to reimburse the customer for all sums paid, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 15 days.
